Recipe Of The Week: Greens and Bacon Salad

Greens and Bacon Salad

8 slices of bacon cut into bite size pieces
2 quarts of broken salad greens
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes halved
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
2 Tablespoons of salad oil
2 teaspoons of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt

Fry bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.  Put greens in salad bowl: arrange eggs, bacon, and tomatoes on top.  Combine remaining ingredients and serve with the salad.
