Recipe Of The Week: Quick Asparagus Stir Fry

Quick Asparagus Stir Fry
1 1/2 Tablespoons of oil
3 cups of asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup of chicken broth or water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
soy sauce
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet.  Add asparagus.  Stir fry for one minute.  Add chicken broth.  Cover and lower temperature and cook until tender, 3-5 minutes.  Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
