Spaghetti Squash Salad
3 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
2 cups of cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces, parboiled
1 cup of celery, sliced thin
1 medium onion diced
1 green or red pepper, diced
1 teaspoon of dill weed (optional)
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of vinegar
1 teaspoon of paprika
Combine squash, cauliflower, celery, onion, peppers, and dill weed. Shake rest of the ingredients well in a jar with the lid on tight. Pour over vegetables. Chill before serving.
