Recipe Of The Week: Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry

1 head of Chinese cabbage (cut into 1" pieces)
1 zucchini (diced)
6 garlic scapes (cut into 1" pieces)
6 green onions (sliced)
1 head broccoli (cut up)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 Tablespoon butter (browned)
1 Tablespoon butter or bacon drippings)

Heat oil and butter in a skillet.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cook stirring frequently, 5-7 minutes or until tender.
