Recipe Of The Week: Oven Beef Stew

Oven Beef Stew

2 pounds of cubed beef
1 chopped onion
3 sliced carrots
2 diced potatoes
1/2 cup of tomato juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of sweetener
2 Tablespoons of tapioca

Bake in a covered dish at 350 degrees for one hour.  Reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue baking for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
