Recipe Of The Week: Pineapple Banana Bread

Pineapple Banana Bread

3 c flour
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups of oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 cups of mashed bananas

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.  Add the rest and mix well.  Put into greased bread pans and bake at 350 degrees  for 65 minutes.
