1 pound of ground beef
1 large egg
1 small zucchini shredded
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon of salt
onion or garlic (optional)]
Mix all ingredients. Form into balls, Grill or pan fry until done.
