Recipe Of The Week: Skillet Cabbage

Skillet Cabbage

3 Tablespoon of butter
2/3 cup of chopped onions
1 chopped clove of garlic
4 cups of finely diced cabbage
1/2 cup carrots, small sticks
1 teaspoon on salt
1/8 teaspoon of paprika

Stir fry the vegetables in butter for 5 minutes over medium heat.  Then steam until done.  May need a little water.  Add salt and paprika.
