Yummy, Yummy Chocolate Cake
2 cups of cake flower
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of cocoa
3/4 cup of light olive oil
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of coffee
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat thoroughly, then add the cup of coffee. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Chocolate Frosting
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup of cocoa
2 Tablespoons of butter
maple syrup enough to make it creamy
Cream together cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the maple syrup until nice spreading consistency. Add cocoa, mix then, add more maple syrup if necessary.
